Well 1st it was packaged very well and upon installing all the drivers and pluging it in with some nice cables that comes with it, i tried to enter my email address well the number 2 should have the ” sign come up when types however it comes up with the and vice versa so i hjave to remember the keys are jumbled up each time i need that symbol and as for the pound sign havnt got 1 it comes up with instead ive reinstalled everything and dont bother with customer service as its non existant i just hope razor mouse i use doesnt start to fail or the money i spent on both would have been wasted.
